MEET KATIE

I am a licensed massage therapist practicing in middle Tennessee. I became a massage therapist to help clients achieve and maintain increased wellness.  I believe our Creator designed our bodies to have a tremendous potential to heal themselves.  Massage can assist this process by removing barriers, e.g. the effects of stress, or enhancing the bodies' natural defenses by stimulating the immune system.  By its nature, massage is nurturing and healing.  When combined with skillfully-applied techniques, it is an effective tool for achieving balance and health.

I enjoy taking continuing education classes to challenge myself, hone my skills, and enhance my ability to meet my clients' needs.  I have an active lifestyle and enjoy being outdoors, serving in and with my church, and spending time with my family.
